We build digital products. Teamflows is one of them.
Behind Teamflows stands Digital Plus — a creative IT studio from Almaty. Since 2017 we have been building websites, mobile apps, ERP and CRM systems for businesses, and making our own products alongside. Teamflows is exactly that case: we built it for ourselves first.
Why we wrote Teamflows in the first place
The studio runs many projects at once: design, development, advertising, support. We needed to see not only what was in progress, but how much time it took. Time trackers counted the hours but showed no board. Kanban boards showed the board but counted no hours. And the ones that did both cost about as much as another employee.
So we built Teamflows: a four-column kanban board with the timer living right inside the task. Start it and the time runs where the whole team can see it. Plus personal tasks on the Eisenhower matrix, roles with permissions, invite codes, comments, @mentions and push notifications.
We use it ourselves every day. That is why it is free: it is our working tool, not a source of subscription revenue.

How we work
We use it ourselves first
Every product we make goes into the studio’s own work first. If a tool is awkward for us, we will not hand it to you.
One team for the whole cycle
Designer, developer and marketer stay on the same project from brief to release. No “we will pass it to another department”.
We count time honestly
We track hours on every task, and the client sees what they are paying for. Teamflows grew out of that habit.
A project does not end at release
Support, updates, analytics and promotion after launch are a real part of the job, not a bonus we promise in words.
Digital Plus is part of the M3 Corp ecosystem
M3 Corp brings together several companies in the group, and Digital Plus runs its digital side: products, platforms and internal systems. That gives Teamflows what side projects usually lack — a permanent team, infrastructure and support that will not disappear in six months.
