What Teamflows does not have

“Free” often means “free until you need a second board”. Not here — this is what you will never run into.

Paid plans

There is no Pro, Business or Enterprise edition. There is one feature set, and everyone gets the same one.

Trial periods

Nothing “expires in 14 days”. We do not ask for a card when you sign up.

Team limits

No cap on members and no per-seat fee. Invite the whole department if you want.

Ads inside the app

No banners, no promo screens. We do not sell your data and we do not show anyone else’s ads.

Why

Why it is free — and where the catch is

There is no catch. Teamflows was built by the Digital Plus studio — first of all for our own projects. We run dozens of tasks through it every day and count the hours against them, and what matters to us is that the tool is good to use, not that it brings in subscription revenue.

The studio earns on development work: websites, mobile apps, ERP and CRM systems for clients. Teamflows is both a showcase of how we work and our own internal tool. That is why it stays free for everyone.

If paid capabilities for large companies ever appear — extended analytics or integrations on request, say — the current feature set will still be free. Nothing that already works is going behind a paywall.

Frequently asked questions

Is it really all free, with no card?

Yes. All you need is an email and a password. Teamflows never asks for or stores payment details.

How many people can I invite to a team?

As many as you need. There is no limit on members, teams or tasks. People join by invite code or by link.

Which platforms does it run on?

iOS — on the App Store. In the browser — at team-flows.com/app. The Android build is being prepared for Google Play.

Does data sync across devices?

Yes. Tasks, boards and tracked time are tied to your account and show up on every device you are signed in on.

What happens to my data?

We do not sell data and we do not show ads. Task content is used only to run the app itself.

What if we need something custom for our company?

Write to mail@dp8.kz — custom integrations and internal systems are built by the Digital Plus studio, and that is a separate project with a separate quote.
