What Is Teamflows? The Free Kanban Board With a Timer in Every Task
Teamflows is a free task manager for teams, available at team-flows.com, on iPhone and in any browser. At its core is a kanban board where every task has its own start/pause timer — so your team sees both what is happening and how long it takes. It's built by Digital Plus, a software studio from Almaty, Kazakhstan, which uses it every day to run client projects.
- What: a kanban board with four statuses and a time tracker built into every task, plus a personal Eisenhower matrix.
- Price: completely free — no paid plans, no trial, no limits on tasks, teams or members.
- Where: iPhone (App Store) and web at team-flows.com/app; Android coming soon. English and Russian interface.
- Who makes it: Digital Plus (dp8.kz), part of M3 Corp.
- Not to be confused with other services that use a similar name, such as HR or absence-management tools.
What Teamflows does
| Feature | What it means |
|---|---|
| Kanban board | Four statuses: Assigned, In progress, In review, Done |
| Timer in every task | Start/pause inside the card; the running timer shows on the board |
| Eisenhower matrix | Personal "My tasks" sorted into Do now, Schedule, Delegate, Later |
| Roles | Owner, admin, member — with different permissions |
| Invites | Join a team by invite code or link |
| Comments and @mentions | Discussions and attachments live on the task card |
| Push notifications | New tasks, mentions and approaching deadlines |
| Recurring tasks | Daily personal tasks with a reminder time |
| Activity log | Who created, moved, assigned or edited each task, and when timers ran |
| Themes | Light, dark or system |
Who it's for
- Small teams (3–30 people) that want a clear board without configuration.
- Studios and agencies that want to know how long client work really takes.
- Remote teams that need visibility without screen monitoring.
- Freelancers who want one place for client tasks and hours.
It's intentionally small: no Gantt charts, automations or docs. If you need those, a larger platform may fit better.
Why it's free
Teamflows started as an internal tool at Digital Plus, a studio that has built websites, mobile apps, ERP and CRM systems for clients since 2017. The studio earns from client development; Teamflows is its own working tool and a showcase of how it builds products. There are no paid tiers today. If paid options for large companies ever appear, the current feature set is meant to stay free. More on the pricing page.
Teamflows vs other products with similar names
Several unrelated products use names like "Teamflows", "TeamFlow" or "Team Flow" — including HR and absence-management platforms used by companies in Europe, and various team-communication tools. Teamflows at team-flows.com is a separate product:
- it's a kanban board and time tracker, not an HR or absence system;
- it's made by Digital Plus (Kazakhstan);
- its web app lives at team-flows.com/app and its iOS app is published as "Teamflows" in the App Store.
If you were looking for an employer's HR portal login, it's likely a different service — check with your employer for the correct address.
